Custom Faces

Adding custom faces is now possible. The tool is a little simple, but I think good enough for now.

This can be accessed from the pause menu in the bottom left.

Blood Spray

The neck/throat now receives more damage and bleeds even more when cut, pierced or sliced.
It will also create a strong spray of blood when severed.

Stabbing

The knife can now stab by double clicking. This will create a small slit wound, do more damage, and can deal critical damage.
To make it easier to get the right angle, the Shift key can be held to maintain the knife's orientation before stabbing.

Scalpel

The knife now does slightly more damage, while the new scalpel does finer cuts and less damage.

Syringes

Adrenaline provides a small health boost, and the anaesthetic syringe can be used to slightly reduce damage to parts of the body for short periods of time.

Using them too much though can cause damage from overdosing.
